REUNIONS
Who decided what city the next reunion was held in?
The members did.
A membership meeting was held during the reunion and nominations were made by any member. It was then voted on by the attending membership. All nominations were made for the reunions to be both two and four years from the current meeting. You had be present to vote.
The president, vice president, and secretary then searched for accommodations and activities at the selected city. When the details were worked out, the membership was then notified.
Everyone was responsible for their own expenses.
